FORT KUCHAMAN
2016-2019

Project Conceptualisation, Spatial Design Consultancy, Visual Content Design

Located in Kuchaman, Nagaur, Rajasthan, Fort Kuchaman is set on a 1,000 ft. high hillock. The name “Kuchaman” originates from the native grass known as “Kucha,” which thrives in the region.

This 290-year-old military fort is currently undergoing restoration and is being transformed into a cultural district. It will be a mixed-use destination featuring hospitality, unique F&B offerings, immersive cultural experiences, and experiential retail as its primary attractions.

The fort will serve as a hub for hosting creative residencies, music and film festivals, weddings and celebrations, art exhibitions, design and art incubators, and a water museum.
